We had a great dinner at Proof last night. We ordered 2 appetizers the Octopus and the Hamachi and both were very good. The Filet’s were gret and perfectly cooked. Everything was on point and blended well together. Besides the excellent food, our Server Betsy was absolutely fantastic and really made our experience exceptional. The manager also came over and checked on our satisfaction. Thank you for a great meal and thank you to Betsy for being so nice and accommodating.

We were disappointed that the kitchen was out of Crudo. Felt like a boys bar. Issie was terrific.

We loved the food as it melted in our mouths and as the flavors blended together to take us on a fine journey. It was a really good brunch and we felt that the chef and staff genuinely cares for our experience.

Awesome place. Carpaccio and charcuterie stood out, they were delicious. The duck was probably the beat we have ever had. And they drinks were also very good.

Mussels appetizer and Duck entree were excellent separately and paired. Nicely compiled wine list, very few of which can be found in stores. The service was attentive and knowledgable.
