Food was very good as always. However, the service is frequently spotty. Took quite a while to receive our first course. It’s one of our favorite spots but we know what to expect when dining at Prime

We try to go to Prime Steakhouse almost every week. The food is good and a nice variety of choices. All the staff are very friendly & helpful. Two of the managers are awesome, as is the owner.

The server was very good. The bread, salad and mashed potatoes were delicious. However, the Prime Rib was just awful and looked nothing like Prime Ribs, that I had eaten before. It looked like they cut a piece of Prime Rib in half, since the thickness was very flat. Also, the steak was very dry, extremely tough and very difficult to chew. I will never order the Prime Rib, from this restaurant again. Especially after paying $28.99 for it! For that price, I expected an excellent steak. I had much better steaks at Longhorn Steakhouse and the Outback Steakhouse and those are "chain" restaurants. I am not sure if I will ever go back to this restaurant again either.

Three out of the four people ordered the steak and lobster combination even though the price had increased from $39.99 to $44.99. Our past experience said been so good that we felt the price increase was justified. However, this time The steaks were not cooked as were requested. All three of us ordered medium rare, but my husbands was more on the rare side, and my friends was well cooked to the extent that it was brown inside, while mine was so tough it was extremely difficult to cut even with the use of the steak knife that was supplied. The rest of the meal was delicious – especially the lobster, and the service was excellent as were the drinks however, it does seem that when you go to a steakhouse the steak should also be done as requested by the customer. We will probably return to prime again, but we will not order this meal.

A very good restaurant in my opinion. I think where you stand for the hostess is a bit tight. Food is excellent. Our server Brianna was wonderful. Lobster best I ever had. Hawaiian chicken is interesting and well done.

Worst prime rib ever. Gray on one side and tough.Reported to manage who agreed unappetizing but un phased. Took off bill but I left hungry. Terrible food, officially of my rotation and I’m in the neighborhood. Do better - your food was awful for a Friday night and your manager a jerk.
