As always Prime Catch did not disappoint. We were with friends who had never been here before and they were very impressed with the brunch and ambience. Phillip provided phenomenal service, attentive but not hovering. The Corn Flake crusted brioche French toast and cinnamon butter was “ too die for. “ Of course we’ll go back and maybe even for brunch again as that was our first time there for brunch.

Prime Catch has been our go-to special occasion restaurant for several years. The ambiance is waterfront dining with outstanding service. You always feel special at Prime Catch! Highly recommend.

My friend and I ate outside on a humid evening. It was quiet and easy to communicate. The server did a good job. Best of all the fish was excellent. I had the salmon my way, which was broiled. He had snapper that looked very good.

If you are going to offer lobster on the menu, know how to prepare it…on 9/07, we went to Prime Catch for a dinner with an old friend. There were 3 of us, all very seasoned travelers and diners. Our friend owned a restaurant himself for years. He ordered a standard fish dish, and I had the blackened mahi. Both of our dishes were fine. However, my husband ordered the 2 lb lobster, which turned out to be a travesty. He gave our server explicit instructions that he wanted it to be steamed only, and placed on a plate. No preparation of any kind to be done by the kitchen, except provide plenty of drawn butter. When it arrived, it was split and all the juices drained. It was dry as the Sahara. My husband didn’t touch it. The server asked what was wrong-he was informed that this was not prepared as directed. His response was, ‘this is how we always do it’. He was told this was not acceptable. A female manager appeared. Her response—‘what do you want me to do about it?’ She was politely told that he would just like the lobster steamed and plated, as before. We. The second lobster arrived, it had the claws cut, allowing the juices to drain. The lobster was undercooked and inedible. The server was notified again that this was unacceptable. The manager never reappeared, although the lobster was removed from the bill. My husband had no dinner, because by this time, the restaurant was closing and eager to have us gone. They needn’t worry! We were gone for good after paying the $300 bill. It’s a shame that a restaurant with this reputation and menu should provide such a terrible dining experience and care so little about their diners. If you are looking for lobster prepared the way you like it, I recommend Red Lobster. Not fancy, but they get it done correctly.
