We had reservations at 7 for main dining and waited an hour to be sat underneath the hotel . The waiter was James was great . The wait sucked

Steak was cold, seem to have been Sitting. They also cut the T-Bone for you which caused it to lose heat; it also didn’t have much flavor for the price (139.00) . The broccoli was under cooked. Server wasn’t attentive, had to get an other servers to attend to my needs.

Terrible. They need to hire a restaurant manager. Waited in line for 30 mins to check in for our reservation, and then was told our table wasn’t ready and to wait. Our table was never ready, we left after 1.5 hours.

Horrible Valentine’s experience. 9pm reservation. Didn’t get offered a table until 11pm. Ended having to leave a find a lesser last minute option. Chaos was all over the restaurant with the check in line and guests.

Reservations on Valentine’s Day were behind by 90+ minutes - you could get seated faster if you bribed the host! Management clearly overbooked. Once we finally got a table the food was delicious, especially A5 wagyu and twice baked potato. I would go back again but never on a busy day.

Ce restaurant pratique le surbooking! Vous réservez pour 20h30 et après avoir fait la queue pour s’enregistrer et bien que vous soyez à l’heure prévue pour votre réservation, le restaurant n’a aucune table libre pour vous et vous fait attendre une heure pour enfin vous donner une table! Ce n’est pas admissible. De plus, il y règne un vacarme assourdissant, ce qui gâche complètement votre dîner en amoureux. Les plats sont très bons mais si l’on met l’atmosphère chaotique, les prix et l’attente face à la qualité des plats, ça ne vaut franchement pas la peine. Nous sommes très déçus de cette expérience. Merci aux serveurs qui étaient très sympas. Pour résumer, un restaurant se doit de traiter ses clients avec davantage de respect, la cuisine ne suffit pas!

Great food and ambiance. The only issue I had is that it was Valentine’s Day and they severely overbooked the tables. Our reservation was for 8pm but we didn’t get seated until 9:20. Besides that, it was an excellent dining experience.

Understanding that it was Valentine’s Day, we waited until nearly 9pm on a 7:30 reservation. The more disappointing part was that the nine in Filet had silver skin and gristle running through it, the calamari tasted like it was fried in old oil, and we repeatedly had to ask for water refills. The lobster Mac and cheese was good, as was the wedge salad and French onion soup, but our two dirty martinis at the bar came out to $63 with tip. Kinda crazy for two drinks while waiting nearly 1.5 hours past our reservation. This place has been spot on years ago, but it has definitely fallen short as of late. Time to reinvest in the kitchen and wait staff.
