Prime 112 is an absolute gem in the heart of Miami Beach. I have been coming here for over 10 years and each visit just gets better and better. The ambiance is always electric and the staff is top-notch, especially the general manager Alec. Alec goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience. He is always attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu. He truly elevates the dining experience at Prime 112. Now, let's talk about the food. Prime 112 has been serving up some of the best steak and seafood in Miami Beach for 21 years, and it shows. Every dish is expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The steaks are always cooked to perfection and the seafood is incredibly fresh. I highly recommend trying the dry-aged steaks and the lobster mac and cheese - they are to die for! Overall, Prime 112 is a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Miami Beach. The combination of excellent service from Alec and delicious food make this restaurant a standout in the area. I will definitely be returning again and again.

A bit of a mixed bag, but part of the blame falls on us. In short, it was what we expected: a touristy meal on South Beach. Shoutout to Jalen Rose for the rec. The steak was very good as was the wine. The grilled octopus starter was very good but the greens on the side were a bit redundant with the salad (also very tasty!) The red snapper was very...dramatically presented but was essentially just fried fish. Service was very attentive and successfully upsold us on bone marrow (a mistake on our part, but YMMV), but we pushed back on the wine. Left feeling full yet a bit bamboozled. That's part of the charm, right? Right??
