The food and service was very good. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars nstead of 5 is because it takes too long to get a mixed drink or a glass of wine. They use a shared bar with another restaurant and that impacts the service you receive. I really wish Primarily Prime Rib would get their own bar.

There were 12 in our party. We could not be seated until everyone was there so 10 had to wait for 2. The restaurant attempted to accommodate our admittedly fluctuating numbers of reservations. The service was spotty as some got what they ordered, some got wrong orders & others had to wait for service. The REAL PROBLEM came with the bill. We were told my the manager there would be 4 bills to split. We got one bill. When questioned the manager said we should have told our server! How were we to know that? Instead of accommodating us, we were left to do the server’s job & divvy up the bill individually. It was a chaotic nightmare that I have never experienced in all my years of dining around the country & abroad! The manager was unwilling to intercede & had a dismissive attitude. The food was unremarkable save the spinach salad which was very good. A terrible experience for our group.

This place never disappoints. Always a great meal, excellent service and great ambiance, but most important of all is the excellent prime rib. One of my favorites in all Las Vegas!

It was a great dining experience. Our server was exceptional, and all of the staff that waited on us were wonderful. Great meal at a terrific value.

Our server Charles and Aniellia were great , what a well oiled machine , they were not in your face but they could tell when we needed something we didn’t have to ask hats off to the Duo , food was excellent too

We had a new server that appeared to be super rushed. After she took our order she brought out the salad, serving it table side, she made a small show of mixing the salad. She then gave us the salad in WARM bowls and gave us warm salad forks to use. Apart from being warm, the salad was under dressed. And another server brought out the stale bread with frozen butter. After about 20 minutes she brought out the prime rib, the baked potato and the creamed spinach we ordered. The rib was quite sinewy and very rare. We ordered medium rare. The potato was barely warm enough to melt the butter and the spinach was swimming in a bit of cream. It was awful. The server stopped by briefly after we were finished eating to “check” on us. Too late. Overall: total fail. Not sure what happened but between the poor service, quality of the food and a menu that doesn’t offer even a mediocre pasta dish……I don’t look forward to a next visit. The positive: Relatively inexpensive and a good wine offering every month.

The value was outstanding, the service was impeccable, i just enjoyed everything about our experience. The hostess also were the best. Would definitely be back.

Always enjoy the Primarily Prime Rib; for the price the Prime Rib is excellent as are the additions that go with it. Service was excellent and our server, Elena, was very professional and attentive.
