Quite easy to make reservation online, customer service in all aspects of the restaurant was outstanding, from check-in to departure. The waiter and his assistant were also outstanding, bending over backwards to fulfill all of our needs, they must have ESP because they arrived at our table precisely when needed and made suggestions that enhanced our dinner experience. The dinner was excellent. We appreciate this place so much, that on or 3 - 4 yearly visits to Las Vegas, we MUST visit this restaurant each trip.

Had to try this restaurant after reading reviews about how great the prime rib was- I was so disappointed- my hubby and I both ordered the creole seasoned prime rib medium rare- his was better than mine, but mine arrived medium well, and was not very flavorful- I didn't ask for it to be replaced because I was getting full at that point, and I wasn't taking leftovers with me back to the room- to be fair, I'm sure they would have replaced it if I had asked. Overall I give it a 3 because the service was amazing, and the sides were good (baked potato, salad, soup (cream of chicken soup was amazing)). We did order crab cakes for an appetizer which were meh. I think I expected better prime rib based on the reviews- and because supposedly, that's what this venue is all about- prime rib!

We really enjoy Primary Prime Rib. Service was perfect as always. My prime rib was a little tough. Not the usual tenderness. My wife's vegetables were cold on her surf and turf. Everything else was great as always.

Food was decent and salad is larger than usual dinner salad. My food was just warm, not hot.

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff are polite and helpful. Our waiter, Steven is someone we ask for every time we go there. He is always professional, polite and gets the orders right. Our guests often comment on how nice he and the other staff are. Out of town guest are always impressed with food quality and service. Primarily Prime Rib is one of our favorite places to go on a Friday or Saturday night.

One of my favorite places to take family and friends for a great meal. Be it a special occasion or just a get together it's GREAT. It's easy to make reservations and the employees are fantastic. I would recommend it to everyone!

The food wasn’t hot. I saw the server bring it out & take it back in because one of us weren’t finished with our salad. Apparently it wasn’t kept warm because it was room temperature to almost cold when it was finally delivered.

The service was great! Came a little late due to traffic but was still seated at a reasonable time. Charles provided great service, always checked up on us, didn’t felt rush when they were closing up, always made sure we had what we needed. His assistant always had our waters filled and also made sure we were doing well. Food was sooo good! Prime rib was cooked to perfection. Baked potato was nice and soft and hot. Enjoyed every bit of it and will definitely be back.
