Guests are invited to embrace the engaging ambiance inclusive of a commanding wood-fired tapas display kitchen, indoor and outdoor seating with views of Camelback Mountain, Mbar lounge, two private rooms including Ferdinand’s Wine Cellar and Prive, and two communal outdoor dining tables. Offering seasonal Spanish-influenced fare for an approachable American palate, Prado reflects the unique flavor and heritage of Spain’s Andalusian region, while utilizing the finest and freshest local ingredients made available by Arizona’s vast farming community.

Good was excellent, service was slow, we liked our waiter, just didn’t see him often enough. Dinner took over 3.5 hours!

It’s always a great experience at Prado! We were cared for by Javier numerous times and he’s professional, efficient, responsive and friendly! The best of all the servers there!

This place is amazing! The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was among the best we have ever received at a restaurant! (Thank you Cade!) They made our wedding anniversary so special!

Great food, nice atmosphere and superb views of Camelback. I had the shrimp appetizer, not spicy at all, and the branzino which was delicious. For dessert the spanish pudding yummy. Def recommend!

The lamb was outstanding the matador cocktail was the smoothest drink my husband had ever had and my salmon was cooked to perfection. The wait staff was outstanding
