Since 1989, the Powerhouse Eatery has been providing customers with an exceptional dining experience in a unique, historic atmosphere. The former power plant from which we take our name has been transformed into a contemporary dining destination, welcoming patrons from throughout the country to our home in White Haven, Pennsylvania. Yet the distinctive past of our building is always present in our remarkable experience, accompanied by our relentless attention to detail, fierce commitment to quality, and peerless customer satisfaction.

Pat was a wonderful server. Our food was over priced and not great. We were seated at 6:15:and did not receive our dinner till after 7:45. Over all there almost 3 hours.

First time here. Food was excellent. We both had fish that was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Highly recommend! Wish I lived closer to go more often

Great service, great food, Crab au gratin has so much crab and lobster in it, Just love the place. If I am treating someone to a nice night out I will go to the Powerhouse and request Pat. It’s just a perfect night.

Powerhouse Eatery is a must! Delicious food, a sophisticated menu with a variety of choices, creative cocktails and mocktails, and professional, friendly prompt service all make it a standout. The history and layout in the restored powerhouse provides engaging ambience that is accented by tasteful and clever seasonal decor. Thank you to everyone working at the Powerhouse Eatery!

This place was amazing! My boyfriend and I are visiting the area for our 5 year anniversary, and the staff made sure we knew it was a day to celebrate! They welcomed, and then our server brought glasses of champagne on the house! The food was absolutely amazing! We both got the pork chops with crab meat, green beans, and french fries. All amazing. We finished our evening with a rich brownie with vanilla ice cream. All around amazing place, amazing food, and amazing staff!

First time there and we are from out of town visiting the area. We have seen this place and wanted to try it. Devin our server was very knowledgeable and friendly and was on top of everything, he set the bar high for our return visit some time. Food was excellent. I got the prime rib and the wife got pork loin, and some great sides. Our cocktails were delicious too. We also got an appetizer which was fantastic also. We spent way more than we typically ever do but left feeling our experience was as worth it. We look forward to going back some day and the nice part about it is; we know we didn’t have to spend the large about of money we did last night they have cheaper options. Oh wife got the desert which was good also! You know the food is top notch when. She cleans her plate and we leave with no leftovers, very rare event for her. Thanks for the great night, we’ll be back!

So there were 6 of us...we had reservations for a Friday night 6:45. Sat right down, no trouble. Ordered up a few drinks. Again, no trouble. We decided to not order appetizers and go right to the entrees. The waitress was attentive and helpful. So here's when things went south. We waited over an hour after ordering to get our food. Other tables who came in after us were served their food and finished their meals before we got our food. And then when we got our food, it was clear the pasta sides were sitting under heat lamps for a while. The skirt steak was cold. We sent it back to at least heat it up. It was fine after that. Veal saltimbocca was overcooked and chewy. The lobster roll was overcooked as well. We let the waitress know what was going on, and she was all apologies and told us that the kitchen is busy tonight. She came back and told us the management will discount us. So for a $275 bill they took a total of $20 off the entire bill. Unacceptable! We will not be back. A shame, too. Since it's a cool looking place.
