Powder Restaurant invites you to join us this Thanksgiving for our special curated menu by our unmatched culinary team. We will be featuring a three-course holiday menu with all the fixings. Join us for wagyu striploin, cider braised pork belly or our slow roasted turkey, just to name a few. We will be offering this menu throughout the day, with reservations starting at 11:00am through 8:30pm. For parties of 5 or more, please call our restaurant directly or email us SLCDM_FB@waldorfastoria.com for reservations. We will not be offering our regular lunch and dinner menu on Thanksgiving. We look forward to seeing you this holiday season.

Everything was overpriced. Food was good enough, but not worthy of how expensive it was. $16 for sour dough bread? You have got to be kidding me. Drinks were also overpriced.

After our server brought water, he disappeared. Twenty minutes later, I went to the bar and ordered drinks because no one waited on us. BTW, the restaurant was almost empty. Finally Ulysses (sp?) came over, apologised for the delay, and provided Waldorf-Astoria type service. He did a commendable job.

We have been to this restaurant several times in the past and have been very satisfied. We came for a special anniversary of ours. The initial service was fairly slow, but the server was very pleasant. We placed our orders. There were four of us. All four got our food at the same time. The chicken for one of us was raw and uncooked. We sent it back immediately. The other three of us finished our meal and the chicken had not yet been returned to the table. We canceled the order for the chicken. Apologies were given, and some credit for the meal was given. This did not make up for the fact that the chicken was undone and was never returned cooked to the table. we will never return to this restaurant again.

Our server, Melody was wonderful! She was so friendly and very attentive. We loved our food, especially the pork chop. We just wished there were more entree choices.

My wife and I had dinner at Powder on Father's Day to celebrate. It was a wonderful experience. The food was terrific, as was the setting. The Chef came out at one point to meet us, which was a nice touch. I would go again. Great time!

Powder has been excellent in every way! The food, service, staff has made it so wonderful for our stay here. We have some special circumstances and the staff has been so kind and accommodating. Sure it is expensive but its the waldorf people!
