The team at Sol’s saw an opportunity to bring this to Calgary, so, they hopped on a plane and spent a week in Philadelphia, for some delicious research. Their goal at Sol’s is to pay homage to that messy, delicious sandwich. By using 100% Alberta ribeye, arguably some of the best beef in the world, and locally sourced bread.
