Le Posana est un restaurant américain contemporain situé au cœur du centre-ville d'Asheville, sur la place historique Pack Square. Déterminé à servir une cuisine locale de saison, basée sur une économie durable, le Posana s'approvisionne en ingrédients non transformés de première qualité auprès de 65 fournisseurs et agriculteurs locaux différents chaque semaine et change régulièrement son menu. Just an incredible experience all around. Our server, Quin, was extremely knowledgable with the food and champagne and provided excellent recommendations. The anniversary card was an unexpected and very thoughtful touch. Thanks to all at Posana for a wonderful night!

We had a great experience celebrating our anniversary at Posana. To start, I highly recommend the kale salad which was perfectly massaged and tender with the right amount of dressing, crunchiness from the pumpkin seed, and sweetness. This was the best kale salad I’ve had and I would love to learn to make this! We also ordered the cheddar biscuits but I wasn’t a fan. They lacked flavor and tasted bland. I would save my money on those. For entrees, I had the swordfish, and my husband ordered the pork chop. The pork chop was delicious, tender and juicy. It had a delicious citrus brine and was cooked perfectly with a touch of sweetness. It paired well with the grits and collards. My swordfish was okay but I preferred the pork chop! We had great service and received a few bite-sized complimentary items which were a nice treat. I would highly recommend Posano for a date night.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. They very thoughtfully provided a card and complimentary glasses of champagne. The food was phenomenal and the service was very attentive. If I’m looking for any critique, and I’m being nitpicky, the overhead lighting was a little more intense than I’m used to for fine dining. I tend to prefer a cozier more atmospheric, ambient lighting to direct overhead lights.

We decided to give it another try and glad we did! Service and food were excellent. The swordfish and foccacia bread were delicious. Our appetizers that we had were flavorful as were the drinks we had. Its great to know that there is a gluten free restaurant that I can eat at and enjoy without any chance of contamination! We will be back for sure.

Our waitress was wonderful! Clearly her focus was to take care of us. The food fabulous we had a bottle of wine & a few starters, dessert & after dinner drinks. Everything was superb.

What a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in. It was our anniversary dinner and they really hooked us up. Apps and bubbly sent to our table on the house. Our server Lauren was the best! Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We really felt special. And the food was delicious! Great wine selection and beautiful atmosphere. We will go back when we return!

Loved our experience at Posana—worth a trip to Asheville just to eat here! We chose to eat on patio and it can be overstimulating for some, we didn’t mind the noise. They went above and beyond in helping us celebrate our anniversary.

I came to Posana to celebrate my Birthday. The food and service were wonderful and I am gluten.-free so it was perfect. I felt so comfortable eating there. The atmosphere was romantic and they made our experience extra special since it was my Birthday. We have spent many of our special occasions at this Restaurant because it is so wonderful.
