We had a wonderful dinner at Polaris! Beautiful views, great food and good service. We felt a little rushed towards the end but I understand they have to prepare for the next reservation. I would definitely come again!

We had after dinner drinks at Polaris and our waiter recommended “Uncle Nearness” bourbons or rye. We opted for the rye, which was very good. Our waiter, Michael, has been working at the Regency Hyatt for 40 years and had an infectious personality and offered great service. He bragged about their current chefs and made us want to return for the full dining experience.

Celebrated a birthday of a dear friend of mine, and she was blown away by the entire experience; so was I. We ordered some of their signature drinks with an appetizer to start. Timing was everything because our reservations were at 7PM while there was still daylight. We had the opportunity to catch the most beautiful views from early evening to night, which is truly memorable. For dinner, we ordered the Oscar Steak with whipped mashed potato and asparagus—-absolutely the best steak I ever had. Dessert was just as good and as we drank, ate, laughed and talked—we got to see different views of Atlanta and its skyline, with areas stretching as far as Stone Mountain! It was beautiful!

Best view in the city! The revolving lounge is such a great date spot around sunset. The drinks were tasty and food was also great! Portions were small for the price but overall a very good experience!

If you have never been to the Polaris, you are truly missing out on one of Atlanta's true treasures. I have been going here since it was the tallest building in the skyline! (kid you not). The Polaris revolves around the city scape (the Sundial at the Peachtree Plaza does NOT and hasn't for years). On to the meal, we had Veuve bubbly excellent, caviar & chips (good but I wish someone would bring back the Buckhead Diners maytag blue cheese and chips), I had scallops served over grits, my husband had the filet over mashed potatoes. We shared the signature Polaris dome dessert. The meal was just as wonderful as our server, Su made the night a memorable experience that we will never forget. We were celebrating my retirement! Thanks y'all enjoyed it.

When I tell you I had a great experience..... I had a GREAT Experience! The was amazingly fresh, flavorable, and simply delicious. The ambience was amazing and the service was awesome. I can't wait to go back to enjoy the next menu items as the food is seasonal so the menu changes we were told. From the moment the elevators opened, we were greeting and then rode up the elevator like we were stars. Lol. I felt great from beginning to end.
