    BYOB! Fantastic food, fresh, tasty. Specials were delicious. Will be going back to try everything else on the menu. Didn't have room for dessert but did try the bread pudding --- Outrageous!

    Still the best and most consistent of the Brick/Point Pleasant eateries Mussels with a light cream sauce to die for, duck well prepared with a crepe enclosed sweet potato puree BYOB so you can bring the good stuff in your cellar without adding to the bill

    I heard about Poached Pear Bistro a couple of years ago. Finally made it there for my birthday celebration. The food, service and ambiance was totally outstanding. A great birthday dinner! I would definitely go again.

    The ambiance was terrific !!Our table for two was ready as scheduled. Our waiter was attentive but not overpowering. Special meals were EXCELLENT ! I had the halibut special and my partner had the lazy lobster - a signature dish ! Both were EXCEPTIONAL ! I HIGLY recommend to anyone wishing a low key but delicious dinner !

    My wife had the Berkshire pork chop and I had the duck breast with foie gras. Everything was excellent. The duck was truly memorable!
