Located atop the Bridger Gondola at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Piste Mountain Bistro offers an unforgettable dining experience with views of the iconic Corbet's Couloir. Guests can indulge in delicious gourmet sandwiches and relax in a cozy bistro ambiance. Complementing the meal are creatively crafted cocktails that elevate the experience while taking in breathtaking mountainside vistas. Perfect for après-ski relaxation or a casual lunch.

Lunch is served daily from 11:00-2:30PM, December 10th through April 13th. Reservations are for inside dining only and are strongly recommended. We have a 10-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time.

*Guests with confirmed Piste lunch reservations that do not have a ski pass, please check-in at the ticketing office to purchase your $20 gondola ticket. You must show proof of your reservation.

Gave Piste another try today and Lee was our server. He took such great care of us and kept our waters full (even though there was a lovely pitcher on our table). He was all smiles and asked how our ski day was going and where we were from. The food, as always, was excellent. We had reuben sandwiches, butternut squash soup, fried chicken sandwich and burgers. Such a treat. We will be back. Thank you, Lee, and the lovely hosts for making our visit so special.

This was a great experience! Need to make a reservation ahead of time or the wait looked long. I would highly recommend the biscuits- we wanted to order more & put em in our pockets for ski snacks they were so good. Service was fast! Highly appreciated our server not wearing their sunglasses like others were.. would recommend for friends headed to Jackson Hole!

This bistro was a great place to have a meal and drinks. The staff were awesome. The way to get up there, the gondola, was fun but not for the faint of heart. The staff at the bottom of the hill who sold the tickets were complete a**holes who seemed to hate their jobs and treated us very poorly. Awful directions to the gondola, but once on the road ise up the crap service at the ticket counter melted away. It was a great experience in the Bistro itself and I highly recommend:)

Piste was advertised as a secluded need a reservation for lunch location at mid mountain Jackson Hole ski resort. The drinks were not correct and the food was mediocre. Very loud atmosphere. There were not enough wait staff. We asked for some additional condiments. They never came. I will not go back.

Delicious Food, delicious cocktails, and the view was spectacular. Such a treat to enjoy a wonderful meal on the mountain.

Never brought the food we ordered. Granted it was the lunch rush but damn… saving grace: bomb Bloody Mary

We were very pleased to get a reservation for lunch on such a busy day.on the mountain. The food was good, and our server was pleasant and attentive. The cheddar rolls came quickly and were very good. The fire alarm went off while we were waiting for our entrees- happily we were NOT expected to evacuate the building!

We waited 40 min for our reservation and the restaurant was empty. Good was excellent but then it took another 45 mon to get our food!

Our server Marielle was attentive and helpful! The setting is quite different/better than other on mountain restaurants I’ve been to. Great vibe, views and food. The mushroom-Brie crostini was delicious as was the Rueben. Will definitely be going back!
