Piropos is probably the best restaurant in Kansas City! The food tastes great! Great location and service. We loved the Argentinian decor.

A once thriving and exciting place to eat had several open tables on a Friday night. We had not been here in several years and were very disappointed with the quality of the food vs price. With tip, 3 adults were over $400 and that was with a “cheap” bottle of wine at $60. One of the Ribeye’s was virtually inedible do to fat and gristle. $55 and the majority left on the plate. You would think that would have caused a manager to visit the table, but nothing was said. Sad, We won’t go back. They also had a magician going table to table, really? We enjoy that at Stone Canyon but not at a high end place. I think this place is on last legs…

Salmon and. trout were excellent. Great augratin potatoes. But, $20 for a neat pour of Johnny Black? It's enough to make you drink at home.

Took us 30 minutes to get drinks after we were seated. One was wrong, the other watered down by that time. Manager corrected it. The food came shortly afterwards, and was excellent. Overall, not our usual experience at Piropos. They usually fire on all cylinders. This time they did not.

Piropos nailed it! My husband and I have heard great things about this restaurant, but it's a bit of a drive; we had never been. It was amazing! our server, Nancy, was super helpful, informative and prompt. Every item we ordered from the menu was superb-try the empanadas (!!), chicken, beef, seafood, all incredible. We will definitely go back-it was well worth the drive!
