Le Pint Shop propose un cuisine britannique simple, principalement au barbecue. Son bar sert 16 bières pression artisanales, 45 sortes de gins ainsi que du vin de petits producteurs européens. Il dispose de 2 salles à manger et concocte les plats de 3 façons différentes : rôtis, grillés au barbecue et braisés. Le restaurant est ouvert du lundi au vendredi, du midi à 19h00. Son menu de 2 plats est au prix de 10 £ et vous dégusterez celui de 3 plats pour 13 £. Le dimanche, le Pint Shop assure toute la journée un service continu.

Excellent dinner. We had the flat iron steak and chicken Cesar Snitzel - both delicious. Followed by a delicious basque cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. Really lovely menu . Roast dinners being served looked amazing but a big large for pre theatre but it definitely made us want to come back and try. Highly recommend

Always liked the Pint Shop, but it’s not what it used to be. Serving staff were great, but food took an eternity to arrive. We had a standard fish and chips. The fish was really thin and the batter was soggy - really basic obvious errors - the food shouldn’t have left the kitchen in that state.

Pint Shop truly is wonderful for all ages. We visited for a family meal with our 1 year old, and were so grateful for the attention to detail that made the whole experience a joy. Lots of high chairs, a table with space to park the pram and a children’s menu full of delicious options. The staff were also absolutely lovely with our daughter, and were very kind about the dropped peas and her toddling about between courses. The food was also absolutely delicious!

Good service, not over-attentive which is always good! Delicious food and not a long wait which was perfect as heading to show afterwards. Wine was pricy but that’s just life these days I suppose.

I have eaten at the Pint Shop many times before which is why I chose it to celebrate my wife’s birthday with my family. We had to return the Sri Lankan chicken wings because they were under cooked and raw in the middle. The replacement wings were cooked but tough. The table of 8 next to us returned all of their roast dinners because it was cold, the replacement dinners were also cold and were returned. On observing this we waited with with concern that our roast dinners would also be cold and our fears were realised. My roast beef was not rare but was actually raw in the middle, cold and very very tough. Our vegetables were cold and the roast potatoes luke warm, although the gravy was hot. My wife’s calamari was limp and a very small main course portion. We were very very disappointed, especially for such an important occasion. No recognition was given in the cost for having to replace the starter.

Absolutely fabulous evening. We were taken to our table straight away and provided with list of drinks , of which the waitress was very knowledgable about . The menu has choices for everyone. The meal was well cooked, beautifully presented and the flavours excellent. Staff were very attentive. We will be going again.

Belly pork roast lunch was not the best. I wouldn’t order that again. Portions are quite small, my husbands roast beef was a good quality but the pork was all fat

Excellent Sunday lunch. Very generous portion of tasty roast beef. Could have done with a few more vegetables and been served slightly warmer. Would have ordered a side of cauliflower cheese if it was available. Minor gripes though and puddings were delicious. Good selection of beers too.

Service was excellent. Friendly, timely, polite and discreet. Food was of good quality but the main course was served a little cold. If served properly it would have been more likely worth the relatively high end price for a Sunday roast. Excellent dessert though again. On the pricey side. Loved the choice of beers on offer. Music a bit loud but we got used to it and were able to enjoy our conversation.
