On the corner of NE 86th Street and Biscayne Blvd in Miami, is where you will find Pinch Kitchen+Bar. An open kitchen, wooden tables, black and white accents, and a chalkboard wall give this cozy restaurant a hip, chic vibe. Executive Chef-Owner John Gallo opened the doors in the fall of 2015, and it has been receiving rave reviews ever since. The menu changes seasonally and features fresh produce, fresh proteins, and ingredients by always sourcing locally first for the best fresh taste. I'm just so grateful that Pinch exists. The food is always on point. They have excellent cocktails. The vibe is cozy and intimate. And it's less than 10 minutes from my house. The fact that they have a "Last Word" on the cocktail menu sets them apart from so many other places that just don't carry Green Chartreuse. The brussels sprouts were delicious. The spinach dip was delicious. The porkbelly was delicious and I don't even love porkbelly. The banana bread pudding was also delicious. I wasn't hungry anymore but wanted to eat literally everything on the menu.

Service most days are good the food always seems to be good the drinks are out of line crazy tourist prices definitely not a place to have more then 2 cocktails but Luke I said the food is consistent

Pinch is always a great experience. Chef owned, long time friendly staff and delicious food and drinks. The Skirt Steak, burger and fries are some of the best in miami. Ground beef ground, bread & buns and pastas noodles made in house.

The food is pretty good this time we had a server that was a little short with us seemed like we were a bother to her , but I guess everybody has a bad day , the only thing is they have a limited bar good scotches and cognac is not on the menu to go with the good food , I’ll just have to remember to bring our own bottle if and when we return

Great cod fritters not on regular menu. Very authentic. Mahi sandwich was good. Patagonian sweet shrimp in garlic cauce was excellent and abundant. Good overall vibe. Brie was an excellent waitress.
