On the corner of NE 86th Street and Biscayne Blvd in Miami, is where you will find Pinch Kitchen+Bar. An open kitchen, wooden tables, black and white accents, and a chalkboard wall give this cozy restaurant a hip, chic vibe. Executive Chef-Owner John Gallo opened the doors in the fall of 2015, and it has been receiving rave reviews ever since. The menu changes seasonally and features fresh produce, fresh proteins, and ingredients by always sourcing locally first for the best fresh taste. Offering a Full Bar, Craft Cocktails, Craft Beers, Wine, and Organic Wines. In addition to the À la carte menu, they offer daily specials and there is always one vegan option. I can't wait to return and try other gastro-delights! There were two of us for brunch on a Sunday. We ordered the pork belly appetizer, and it was so delicious, we ordered a second! I had the eggs benedict. The eggs were perfectly poached and runny. The hollandaise was delicious as were the house made sausage (instead of Canadian bacon) and potatoes which were perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was served on a slice of house made brioche. My friend had the mahi-mahi in a vadouvan curry. The mahi was fresh and delicious. I tried the curry, and it was umami! For dessert, we had the chocolate chip bread pudding with house-made vanilla ice cream with a hint of thyme. I wasn't sure it would work, but it did! The "bread pudding" was not pieces of stale bread in a custard, but a freshly baked "bread" (not sure how they do it), loaded with chocolate chips, yummy, melty, and warm, and the ice cream melted just enough to add the "custard". All in all, it was delicious, and I wish I hadn't waited so long to try it! Look at the menu. I think everything is house made including their breads. Run, don't walk!

A true gem! One of the best soups i’ve eaten anywhere! The burgers and salmon are also incredible!!

After many visits to Pinch, I was surprised that my entree was sot up to par. The Curried Salmon had a great sauce, but the fish was overcooked and dry.
