    It was an overall wonderful experience. Been there many times before but this time it takes the cake! (Pun intended, you’ll see) It was my birthday and they really took good care of my table! We even got window seats 😍 Also, every staff involved, from the hostess to our waiters to manager, wished me a happy birthday as well. I was super impressed and it really made my day!!!

    Our server was efficient and attentive. The food arrived at the perfect temperature and timely. Pier W continues to be exceptional with dine dinner at it best.

    Outstanding food and service. Great view of the lake. The beet biscuit mango dessert was unusually delicious.

    Booked this to celebrate a major birthday event and traveled from Pittsburgh to celebrate. I looked forward to eating there based on my experience of several years ago. First, the bad. The open concept creates a frustrating noise level. Secondly our table kept shaking due to the podium style base. The food was fine, but my steak was first under-cooked to my taste, but then came back "well-done." Also the sauce was good, but so plentiful that it overwhelmed the taste of the steak. On the other hand, my husband's walleye was excellent. The good: the view is fantastic. We had a window seat in the corner, which was nice. The wait staff was lovely and very professional, and I very much appreciated the gratis birthday cake, which was delicious.

    GREAT PLACE! One of the best views in Ohio. Great food and great service. Was a wonderful experience. Party of 4 and we all loved it
