    Went for Anniversary and had a delicious meal. Felt meal was delicious but a bit on the lighter side for a man. Glad we ordered appetizers, which were also very good.

    We went to Pier W to celebrate my birthday. We were given birthday menus, although I'm not sure what the difference is between the regular menu and the birthday menu. Our table was by the window, which offered us a great view of the lake and downtown Cleveland. The food was great as always. Everyone ordered the filet mignon, and it was cooked to everyone's taste. I also ordered the lobster, which was good. Since it was my birthday, I received a Pier W's special complimentary dessert. The atmosphere in the restaurant was quiet. Even with a room full of people we could hold a normal conversation and did not hear other people's conversations. The service was great. The food came out in a steady pace and the dishes were taken away to make room for the next course.

    We had a perfect table and Rachel was incredible! Our meal was delicious! It was a perfect anniversary.

    This was our first ever visit and were skeptical of the value of the brunch prices but were were wrong! Everything we tried was fresh and delicious and worth every penny!

    We were celebrating a special occasion and had a lovely evening! The food was delicious. I had the halibut simply prepared because I am gluten free. The fish was fresh, excellent and perfectly prepared. My husband had the lobster pasta which he said was delicious! My son also had the lobster pasta and loved it. His girlfriend had the halibut special and thought it was excellent. She said the vegetables were some of the best she’s had! We can’t wait to have another special occasion to celebrate at Pier W.

    The food and ambiance was great. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and I mentioned that in the reservation on OpenTable. However, this was not acknowledged by either the server or the hostess. Additionally, I saw a table by us get a dessert with an acknowledgement by the same server who waited on us.
