    Pier W is the “go to” for special occasions. The food and its presentation is always done very well. The staff is the best you’ll find. Be sure to make reservations well in advance.

    Took some friends there for their first time. Everything was excellent. Food, service was great. They have another customer.

    Always a perfectly, proper, upscale dining experience. Excellent, attentive service by Alexis. Thank you. Spectacular lake and downtown view. Wonderful live piano music in the bar and great service and drinks by Pam. And the main reason we love it? The food is consistently incredible. The swordfish, one mildly spiced and two simply prepared were perfectly cooked, moist and delicious. Highly recommend all the above.

    Excellent seafood! Venue is great, really good view of the city. Our waiter was right on top of everything. I highly recommend this place .

    Dinner pre Cleveland clinic visit next day! Perfect place. So beautiful and everyone that works there is friendly and happy! Delish food

    Our sever was phenomenal! She answered all questions concerning the menu which was very helpful. Upon request, they moved us to a window table was available without any issues. Food was great and vuew was amazing too!!

    All dishes were extremely salty!! Taste of all 4 dishes was mediocre, very expensive for food that tasted so average, not what it used to be!!

    Had dinner at Pier W while visiting Cleveland It was a wonderful experience. Restaurant is pretty with great water views. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was excellent I had the blackened halibut special and it was delicious. Highly recommend!
