    Group of 5 for late lunch. Old people. Server noticed we were by door and chilly so kindly moved us to great table out of the breeze. Good was good. Yam fries, calamari for the table Entrees Halibut, Salmon, Tuna, seafood Cobb Kale under halibut was a bit chewy but all dishes nicely presented, nicely cooked and tasty Cheesecake for dessert. Classic NY style. Server was good Third time we’ve met there so they must be doing something right 😉

    Celebrated my son's birthday at PIER 7 again (his request to return there), and again it was a superb experience. Both the sirloin steak and the salmon were delicious and very well-presented. The tiramisu was good... though not the best that we've had (eating internationally). Highly recommended

    Can’t beat the patio. Lunch was excellent. Food was tasty, portions were generous and service was friendly. Ainsley was great!

    We had booked in advance. We had requested a view table. The seating person said there were no tables left with views, that all were reserved. Finally we got one view table after a little bit of persuasion. But funnily one table with a beautiful view was empty throughout our meal! Also, We are Seniors and my wife wanted to use the washroom. She was told that the washrooms were upstairs but the elevator was not working. With her knee problem, there was no way she could climb all those steps. Luckily one kind worker took her to a washroom on the main level. The food was so so, not that tasty. My wife ordered fish and chips, but the fish was not cooked well from inside, and had lots of batter. We were very disappointed, and our mood was off because of all this. Maybe we will have better luck next time. We have been to Joeys at Shipyards several times this summer, and their food, service and staff are excellent! Thanks
