                                          Really good food, though I wouldn’t have minded a bit more seasoning on some things like my mushroom pizza. But overall a really nice experience.

                                          We enjoyed our experience. The food was well worth the price, and the service was pleasant and efficient. We had a nice seat for two right by the window, and even though the place was packed, we still had our own little space. We wouldn't hesitate to attend again.

                                          Food and entertainment was great. No bussing of empty dishes or glasses. Had to place on window sill to get out of our way. Other than that we will definitely return. The Brussel sprouts our delicious!

                                          Never ate sat down to order and they weren't serving pizza and out of some appetizers. Before we could decide if we were gonna stay the waitress took are drinks. So we left.

                                          The server and the trainee were very nice and efficient. The food is always good and the restaurant location is perfect for us. We were disappointed to find out when we got here “not when we made the reservation” they were not serving breakfast. Not that previous notification about no breakfast would have changed our plans to visit but we would have made breakfast plans in advance. Full disclosure means no surprises and/or disappointment.

                                          I made reservations for 5:00 and our friends were there before us! The waiter was very pleasant and very nice, but our drinks took longer than expected. I had thoughts all day for the wonderful fried oysters that they have and was going to order them until our waitress told us they were out of oysters. What restaurant on Christmas Eve runs out of oysters at 5:00 pm on the Long Beach Peninsula with an oyster factory up the peninsula? I had an $85 gift certificate and had our waitress apply it to our total bill, then we would split the balance of the bill with our friends. She took forever not knowing how to apply it. People who were seated after us already finished their meals got up and left. We haven't been to the Pickled Fish for a year, and now I know why.
