Loved the 4 cheese ravioli. The short ribs were a little dry, needed more sauce. Overall it was a great evening.

Branzino was wonderful! Piccolo has the best outdoor patio in the city, it's a hidden gem

First time dining at Piccolo Sogno. Beautiful expansive enclosed outdoor seating room that was packed with customers. The service was able to provide consistent and timely service for so many customers. The outdoor seating is truly remarkable and we can appreciate the larger crowd on a Friday evening. We enjoyed the potato soup of the day, caprese salad with a nice dressing, an arugula and peach (actually, nectarine) salad, the greek-styled branzino special and a ravioli dish. Heirloom tomatoes not as ripe as we'd prefer, lacking a bit in texture and flavor. Will admit we are a spoiled having returned from MI with garden[picked heirlooms. Overall good dining experience for reasonable prices in downtown Chicago.

We were visiting Chicago and found this restaurant on Open Table. I loved the outside patio!. Waiters and management were very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent and not over priced. I will definitely recommend to others when they visit Chicago! And I will be back!

The restaurant serves fantastic food with many Glutton Free options. The outdoor seating area is awesome as is the service provided. If you like great Italian food Piccolo Sogno is a place you should try!

We both ordered the seafood pasta and the seafood was extremely overcooked. We both barely ate any of the seafood. Our waiter was so oblivious, even though he’s walk by our table constantly. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I even noted that in the reservation, but the waiter did not address it. We were excited to try this place because we heard great things, but we will never come back. In fact, we are doing a redo birthday dinner elsewhere because he had such a terrible experience

Wonderful service and a great anniversary dinner! The piccolo sogno cocktail was great, and the minestrone soup was also a great appetizer. Sat in the outdoor dining area and really liked how the lighting was done. Highly recommend, especially for a special occasion.
