We had a great time!! The service is excellent and the food is delicious. The staff was observant and they were very accommodating of our increase in party size. Everyone should experience this restaurant when they visit Chicago!

We eat here fairly regularly. Atmosphere and service were first rate as always, but on this visit, the meals didn't quite measure up. I ordered the duck, which I had had previously as a special. The first time I had it, it wa first class, this time, it was overcooked, dry and somewhat heavy. My wife was not terribly please with her pasta. Maybe just an off night? I hope so.

Best Branzino in the USA! When black truffle in season make sure to taste it on a yummy pasta. Pizza Bianca a tasty first course.

Loud, overpriced and average food. Pasta was blah, steak was ok and seafood was good.

The quality of the restaurant has deteriorated quite a bit since last visit, starting with the service. The service was about as abbreviated as it comes and not good. Calamari was chewy. Food was okay, not stellar. The ambiance was pretty poor. The booking should disclose if you will be outside in a tent when booked. Not planning on coming back anytime soon.

Our daughter suggested Piccolo Sogno for my birthday dinner (one of her favorites but I’ve never been). Wonderful suggestion! Picky spouse ordered the lasagna and could not stop raving about the tomato cream sauce,I ordered the salmon on spinach with cherry reduction, daughter ordered ragu and everything was served perfectly cooked and delicious. Despite our early reservations it was quite busy due to a concert at United Center but Esteban’s service did not miss a beat. We were seated promptly, drinks and food were wonderful and service was attentive throughout our two hours there! Met and chat with the owner and received a surprise birthday fruit bowl dessert. Perfect celebration, completely understand why my daughter loves this restaurant: )

A superb dining experience for my family. The lasagna was the best I’ve ever had. Impeccable and friendly service. Excellent wine list. Thank you to everyone at Piccolo Sogno for a wonderful dinner. We’ll be back.
