Nolia - Formerly Dig In Eats - is a continental European style restaurant with a south Louisiana influence. We have a 100 item menu of a la carte charcuterie (works like a sushi menu - choose your own adventure!), small plates and tapas, fresh local breads, and full-flavored homemade recipes. We are extremely sensitive to food allergies and restrictions, and most items on our menu can be made gluten free, nut free, etc. We have vegan and vegetarian options, and are happy to modify our plates to suit your needs. Our food is scratch-made, and slow-cooked. Southern faves such as Crawfish Etouffee and Red Beans pair up with ceviche, beef tenderloin carpaccio, and awesome weekly specials.
