Surplombant les magnifiques collines vallonnées de Diamond Bar, le Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch de Cal Poly Pomona présente l'un des cadres les plus romantiques et chic de la vallée. Géré par des étudiants, le Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch est ouvert pour le dîner et le souper. Le restaurant fait partie du programme de gestion hôtelière du Collins College of Hospitality Management de Cal Poly Pomona. Dans le restaurant, les étudiants changent de poste chaque semaine, y compris la gestion, afin d'apprendre tous les aspects de la restauration.
