Le Scalini Fedeli a été ouvert en 1995 par le chef et propriétaire Michael Cetrulo, et est rapidement devenu le restaurant italien le mieux noté du New Jersey. Shaun Mehtani (SM) was traveling through Australia at the age of 22 when he met a bar consultant named Grant Collins of Bar Solutions and tasted his first ever Grilled Pineapple & Cracked Pepper Martini..
At that moment, it became his mission to bring that drink along with Grant’s other delicious concoctions to Morristown.
