The whole experience was excellent. Right from when we were seated by the very friendly hostess we knew we were in for a nice evening. Our server Constantine was so personable and professional. He did a great job of taking care of us. The meal was nothing short of amazing. We had the Valentine’s Day special they were running and it was priced very well and accompanied by a bottle of house wine. The price and value were very good. As we were enjoying our after dinner Lattes we were visited by their Sommelier, Arjan. This man entertained us with conversation about his journey into becoming a Master Sommelier. At the end of our evening we were greeted by a man at the door who was helpful in getting us our coats. The hostess was again very pleasant in wishing us a nice evening as we left. My wife and I have decided that we are going to make this at least a monthly visit for us. The whole experience was wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an intimate dinner out.

The food was amazing, so much flavour and the presentation was great. We drove in from Calgary to go here for lunch and it didn’t disappoint, it was sooo good! The interior was very clean and the decor was modern and displayed Italian heritage. Love it and we will be going back.

It was a busy place but Jess never stopped moving and tended to everyone. Service was great and timely. Estelle stopped by and made it a lovely evening with a very thoughtful dessert.

Put Aama on your list to try- like us- you will be back. We really enjoyed Aama. Spiced just right- enough to make your hair sweat LOL. We had the Johl Momos (Nepal dumplings)- we chose pork - butter chicken and Chow mein. The cow mein was oir favourite (no it is NOT Chinese chow mein). We asked for medium and it had a kick that we enjoyed. You can get mild or spicier Would be a “recommended to try” from us. We didn’t have the Yak but will next time. Chef said it is like bison but less “gamier” and very lean. Raised on a ranch here in AB We can’t wait to come back again! Hats off to the chef/owner and the staff. They spent all the time needed to explain everything and answered all our questions. Thank you

Food was excellent, they had quite a few large parties and my family was served efficiently. The GM Chantel came over to say hello and met my two daughters which was lovely. Sarah was the best server ever I wish I could marry her.
