The food was good, but it seemed like everything had a bit too much sugar in it. Like the beef rib noodles -- why is that broth sweet? But overall still quite good

I’ve consistently enjoyed all of my dining experiences at the two Hed restaurants and this was no exception! The table tried the beef and seafood 5 course meals. Hed 11 stands out for their thoughtfulness - every dish (or side dish) feels like it’s been very carefully optimized. My friend commented how her papaya salad was beautifully spiced. She noted the spices themselves a unique flavor - while also really accentuating the meat. We were even joking that they gave the perfect amount of cheesecake at the end to enjoy the meal even though we probably could eat a whole sheet cake of it 😂. While the portions sizes are generally smaller than other places, I find myself a lot less bloated and quite content at the end of the meal! If you are looking for a pleasant upscale experience - I’d recommend Hed 11!

The coconut milk soup was outstanding! The pad Thai was the best ever. The grilled chicken was delicious, but difficult to eat as it was 2 uncut thigh quarters.

great food, disinterested service - not a single smile, moment to check in, explanation of the food. the server just went through the motions. it’s a shame as the food was excellent and the concept compelling.
