Capers on Main serves contemporary American fare with a Southern influence in an open kitchen restaurant. Start the meal off with a serving of hickory-smoked salmon in a dill mayo sauce, Southern style green tomatoes, or the best calamari in the city. Capers offers a diverse menu including mouth watering pastas, Hawaiian ribeye, apricot glazed New Zealand lamb, Mississippi catfish, Herb crusted grouper, Georgia mountain trout, and daily specials.
