Toujours aussi populaire, l'Ahi Musubi du Hoku et le poisson entier et croustillant de l'île (pour deux personnes) sont des spécialités locales toujours au menu. Les ingrédients utilisés sont un mélange de produits frais cultivés localement et importés de l'étranger. Le Hoku's bénéficie d'un emplacement en bord de mer à vous couper le souffle et offre une vue panoramique sur l'océan Pacifique depuis chacune de ses tables installées dans la salle à manger aménagée sur plusieurs étages.
