FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales. Bourbon Blackberry Collins, with Black Dirt bourbon (fresh from nearby Orange County), lemon juice, and agave, is a great way to start off the evening.
Let’s Meat Steakhouse was established in 2018 by Gabe Centrella, George Kapigian and Bob Hay. The vision was to create a unique steakhouse experience that can provide the rich tradition of a classic steakhouse, serving the finest USDA dry-aged steaks, premium seafood, Italian specialties, and other unique flavors from around the world to our guests in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. To accomplish this, we have assembled an outstanding staff and use only the finest ingredients and food products.
