Au cours des dernières années, le territoire du comté de Montgomery entre Horsham et Blue Bell est devenu un lieu incontournable pour découvrir de nouveaux restaurants passionnants. Habib Troudi est le fondateur de l'un d'entre eux, le Panache Wood Fire Grill. Sculpté dans le bâtiment qui abritait L'Angolo Blue, un restaurant italien qui a fermé cette année, le Panache est basé sur un « concept simple », comme le dit Troudi, proposant aussi bien de fines pizzas à la napolitaine cuites au charbon de bois que des steaks, des fruits de mer et autres nouveautés de la cuisine américaine.
