Le L2 propose du bœuf certifié Hereford de Kansas City, vieilli pendant 28 jours et des fruits de mer du Midwest exportés deux fois par semaine dans le monde entier. Le bœuf est préparé dans un four radiant à 1 600 degrés, piégeant les jus à l'intérieur tout en créant le steak parfait. L'établissement propose par ailleurs une longue liste d'accompagnements assez copieux pour nourrir 2 personnes, comme les nouilles aux œufs accompagnées de fromage, les rondelles d'oignons doux coupées à la main, les asperges vapeur et les épinards à la crème. Vous aurez envie de garder de la place pour goûter le gâteau au beurre dégoulinant. Le chef a repris le gâteau favori du Midwest et l'a élevé à un tout autre niveau.
