Bruno is an enthusiastic businessman who loves working in and serving the local community. He’s had several business ventures in the area over the years, but his passion has always been here, at Bruno’s. Most days you’ll see him welcoming you in the dining room.

We have perfected the traditions in America at our great Uncle Sal’s Restaurant in New York. The photo below shows our father in the early 80’s learning the family pizza and pasta recipes from our famous Uncle Sal. Our father and grandmother Josephine still operate a restaurant in Arizona that is noted as the best Italian restaurant in Phoenix. We are the third generation of our family to share this special part of our family with our guest. Our menu moves seasonally from the spicy summers of Sicily to the hearty winter fare of Northern Italy.
