I took my family to The Parakeet for Sunday lunch, the service, vibe and food were all 10/10. Old (well kept) pub decor and the noise just brought back old memories. Absolutely fantastic, I look forward to going back again, I could not fault it.

The best dinner in ages. Every course was delicious. The Parmesan butter with the sourdough, I could have eaten that for seconds. The lasagne lived up to the hype, the garlic bun was crisp and so garlicky and rocket salad was simple but the perfect side. Yum. I hate tiramisu but decided to try it and I’m so glad I did as it was perfect along with the chocolate sorbet. Loved the little venue and the staff were all welcoming. Wished the deli was open when we came as I’d definitely have been taking some bits home with us.

Phenomenal- every single time on all accounts, food, service the lot Every time my wife and I have been it’s because of a special occasion and we’ve come away each time saying how amazing it was! We want to know how the chef does everything!

Not our first time going and won’t be our last, everything was incredible service, food, cider!! Absolute 10/10, had the best chocolate tart of my life thanks to the brilliant Rosie. Thank you so much for looking after us!

Beautiful decor—elegant and inviting! The menu had a great selection of dishes, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The staff were wonderful—attentive, friendly! Their service made the meal even more enjoyable. The whole place had a lovely vibe. Highly recommend and will return!
