Our first time dining here, we managed to secure an early lunch slot and were given a lovely booth table, nice and quiet. We were recommended to select 3 or 4 dishes plus a biriyani to share, and to their credit, that advice was spot on. The dips with the mini poppadoms had a kick, as did the chicken curry, but nothing too out there, and those crispy hasselback potatoes are to die for. Everything was full of flavour, especially the green goddess cutlet with the beetroot and coconut yoghurt, so fresh. Inside, the decor is full of greenery and it all has a very homely, cosy feel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we were never rushed. The complementary masala chai was a nice touch at the start. All in, after 4 dishes, plus a biryani to share, 2 desserts and 4 drinks including cocktails and shots, the whole bill including 10% service charge was still less than £90. I normally ask for service charges to be removed, but not on this occasion. We are already planning on going back and know what dishes we want to either try or sample again if they are available. It’s very easy to get to from Leeds station, maybe a 15 minute walk if that. Highly recommended, and thank you to chef Bobby Geetha and all the staff there.

What a meal !!! We started with the snacks - bread and herb butter and croquettes (incredible)- then French onion soup and the Parfait - also amazing. Then shared the sirloin steak that was faultless. The recommended wine was perfectly paired and a shared dessert was divine. Service was excellent- and I didn’t realise they are dog friendly!! Will definitely return - thank you for a fabulous lunch 😍

I booked Riva Blu for an early valentines meal with my girlfriend. However we just ate off the main menu and we weren’t disappointed. Every dish, starter, main and, dessert was incredible and we ate the lot! The service from the staff were brilliant offering advice, opinions and informing us about the dishes we chose as well as letting us know to sign up via a QR code to get 50% off a bottle of wine. Overall the experience was amazing from ambience, food and the staff. We’ll definitely be coming back! We’ve told everyone from family to friends so hopefully our next booking will be a big one! Thanks again for such a wonderful evening.

Ma-hé was a reallt lovely, lovely restaurant to visit! I've been wanting to go for some time as it is quite stunning both inside and outside. The staff were all so very lovely, attentive and friendly! And the food was just as impeccable. The rich and deep flavours were really incredible so compliments to the chef. The portion sizes are perfect I would say. Very well executed dishes, cooked to perfection and hearty without being heavy. Thank you for the lovely experience, I am sure I will be back!

From start to finish our visit was everything you would expect from a visit to a restaurant. Service was great. Staff very friendly and polite. Food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. And to top it off it was very good value for money.
