Le Shackfuyu est situé au coeur du quartier de Soho. Il est dirigé par la même équipe des réputés Bone Daddies et Flesh & Buns. Inspiré par la cuisine japonaise yoshoku, un style populaire au Japon d'influence western. Le Shackfuyu sert un menu variant régulièrement et fait pour partager entre convives.
