Le menu d'inspiration franco-italienne comprend des entrées comme le foie gras poêlé, la terrine de porc maison, le risotto aux cèpes et les pétoncles poêlés, de même que des plats principaux comme la côte de veau grillée et le bœuf braisé Barolo. Une carte des vins de plus de 100 vins de gamme Bin couvre un large éventail de producteurs et de cépages, en mettant l'accent sur les vins européens.
