The Fox est un resto-pub gastronomique primé situé dans le pittoresque Willian près de Letchworth, au nord Hertfordshire. On y trouve un grand bar servant une large sélection de bières, surtout locales, y compris leurs propres bières Brancaster Brewery et une partie de la liste qui change régulièrement. Le lieu possède une salle à manger élégante, mais détendue dans cet espace moderne qui sert une abondance de produits saisonniers et locaux sur le menu, une carte des vins accessible ainsi qu'un menu varié.
