Le Public House Garrison est un pub gastronomique animé au cœur de la communauté créative de Bermondsey Street, juste à côté des délices comestibles du Borough Market. Ici, on se sert de l'avantage d'être un restaurant indépendant; de l'intérieur excentriquement inimitable à la liste de vins considérable, en passant par la participation du personnel, on s'assure que tout ce qui est fait respecte les règles du style Garrison. Le lieu est ouvert tous les jours pour le déjeuner, le dîner et le souper. Le menu se concentre sur des produits de saison de leurs fournisseurs artisanaux préférés. En bas, une maison de campagne estivale s'est amourachée d'un hangar de bois pour donner naissance à une salle de cinéma totalement inattendue.
