The menu of traditional French bistro classics have been reimagined with a fresh, modern approach.The Head Chef of Bambi, Chambers (previously 10 Greek Street, Four Legs, Belly & Brunswick House) brings a taste of France to Jazu, with his 'New Wave French Bistro' menu. Reinventing bistro classics, Dan brings global influences and the finest local & seasonal produce, pairing classical French techniques & flavour pairings with a relaxed, playful attitude. There are leeks served w/ white crab & a buttermilk dressing; Stella-battered scallop w/ chip shop curry sauce; Skate Wing served 'au poivre' & butter beans. For something sweet, there's Chocolate cremeux w/ hazelnuts...There is a Prix Fixe on Wednesday (£25 set menu & drink) and Sunday sees a long, lazy lunch service.
