Avec les fruits de mer il y a de quoi être passionné : la fraîcheur, la saveur, la variété et la découverte. Pour créer l'expérience ultime de fruits de mer, nous avons parcouru bien des chemins, petits et grands. Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour nous asseoir, nous avons mis nos bavoirs et avons plongé dans les saveurs des fruits de mer : les plats sans noms aux saveurs inoubliables, les montagnes d'huîtres et de palourdes fraîchement pêchées, les spécialités décrites à la main sur de vieilles ardoises, et le bouillon savoureux de toutes les combinaisons d'épices imaginables. Le plaisir de préparer et de partager les fruits de mer était simple et authentique, et il a fait ressortir le meilleur de chacun d'entre nous.
