Since 1976, when Antoine Hedary and his family of 9 arrived from Lebanon and opened their first Lebanese restaurant in Ft. Worth, Texas, Hedary’s has been delighting critics and diners alike with their commitment to using natural, fresh, high quality ingredients. George Hedary continues this legacy in Allen, Texas, where he currently resides with his wife and two children. This is George’s third restaurant; his first was in the Promenade Shopping Center in Richardson, Texas in 1988.
