The Braybrook Hotel is situated on Ballarat Rd in Braybrook and has recently undergone an extensive renovation, engaging all sections of the hotel creating a fresh and modern look, while also retaining a link to its rich history from the mid 1800’s. Only 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD the Braybrook Hotel has plenty of off street parking and offers a range of award winning facilities. The first Braybrook Hotel is thought to have been erected around 1854, possibly in response to the demand from travellers to the gold fields. However, the earliest rate record found for this building was in 1863-4 when Charles Niven Young was the licensee and John Lang was the owner. Great little find near The Princess Theatre which we had an early dinner before seeing Tina - great value $49pp menu - food was delicious and plenty of it! Staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend to try this restaurant!

We went for the Feed Me menu after seeing a show at The Princess Theatre. Being vegan our options were limited but every plate was super delicious! The staff were engaging, friendly and helpful. Although we had a small table almost in a corner it didn't feel cramped and we hardly noticed the diners around us. Great value. Great location. Amazing food. Highly recommend

The food was delicious. It was my daughter's 17th birthday and it was made a memoable one. The service was really good too and the food came quickly.
