Our story started with a working avocado farm overlooking Mt. Warning, an old tin packing shed and a vision forged in the red earth of the Tweed Valley. Etsu is a Japanese izakaya which focuses on local amazing produce in our dishes which are designed to be shared amongst friends. We have one of the largest Japanese whisky collections on our back bar which we recommend served over hand cut ice or try one of our sakes or Japanese tap beers. Our sashimi is the freshest around and our fave place to sit is at the dining bar. Kanpaii!!

On vient chaque année. Très bon service. Très bon plats. Concernant le poulet à la sauce satay, je n'ai pas trouvé que c'était du satay, j'ai été en Indonésie et Malaisie et je n'ai pas retrouvé la sauce cacahuète. Je vais dans des restaurants indonésien en Asie. Par ailleurs je n'aime pas découper le poulet et je n'apprécie pas aile ou cuisse, je préfère le blanc...

Merci aux serveurs et cuisiniers pour ce repas formidable. Tout etait absolument délicieux, certes les prix sont hauts mais la vue, le service et les plats en valent le coup! Nous vivons à Paris et avons testé de nombreux restaurants dans le monde entier ; cette expérience restera dans mon TOP 5.
