Our family was born in Oaxaca and migrated to the US in 1994. Ever since then, our goal has been to showcase not only our family recipes, but also the hard work and dedication that goes into each of them. Each year, we travel to Oaxaca, and hand pick our ingredients, and carefully select the people we partner with. Guelaguetza is a restaurant, boutique market, and advocates for Oaxacan culture located in the heart of Korea-town in Los Angeles. Our motivation behind our products is simple: uncompromising quality. Our table host was London, she was amazing. Variety of entertainment was great! Food was great, so were the drinks.

So FABULOUS!!! They made such a mistake going so close to our theater time because this is a place to savor and enjoy. I could rave on and on about the wine selection and the food – especially the charcuterie platter – but honestly, the service was so far beyond what you would normally get at this price point that I can’t even begin to say enough. Phenomenal experience and can’t wait to go back.

Very nice restaurant the food was great the ambiance was awesome the workers did their jobs perfectly a great night for all eating and enjoying the entertainment that they provided for us definitely will go back there. A very old building where the restaurant is at.

Our food was delicious! The tables around us needed to be bussed. Many dirty dishes left for up to 20 minutes after customers left. Our waitress was attentive but needed to ask for refill. Overall we will probably return.
