Want to broaden your knowledge of rum? Book in for a Tasting Bench Experience, available on the hour every day between 12-6pm. You’ll be seated in front of our gorgeous 1,500L copper still, Matilda, and guided through our core spirits range, plus a few never-to-be-released rums. Learn about the history of rum, and how JimmyRum became Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery. Bookings are encouraged.

Our Team is excited to welcome you to The Shed Restaurant. Reservations are essential via the above booking portal. Credit card details are required at the time of booking for large groups however no funds are taken prior to your reservation. A $40 no-show fee is charged only without sufficient notice period of 12hrs. Whilst we love them, we cannot accomodate bookings for pets. Bookings of 2 - 11 can enjoy our a la carte menu offering.Bookings of 11+ adult guests are required to dine on our Feasting Menu $84pp. Our Chefs cater to all preferences and dietary requirements wherever possible, please alert your waitstaff when you arrive. Please include Children in your total number of guests when making a booking and leave a note for the restaurant when completing your reservation. Did the feed me menu. Great variety. Fresh and novel. Maybe came out a little fast but not a major issue. Small but excellent wine menu. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience. Very inciteful in the best possible way. Had an early booking on a Sunday, which meant we had the tasting table to ourselves. Absolutely brilliant.

The staff at Jimmy Rum were so accommodating. They assisted us with our birthday cake, and the live band even sung happy birthday! It was a welcoming, and comfortable environment. With a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Food and drinks were delish! Highly recommend.
